Another great day in Montana. More snow! who knew.

Sitting in a hotel room watching a mix of bloodsport, mls playoffs, and some show on public access about this womans trip to Georgia(the country, not the state). Just ate some elk. it was chewy.

OOO, bloodsport is in the training montage right now. so good. he is about to grab a fish out of the water, with his bare hand, blindfolded. and... yep, there it is. he got it. training complete. Go be a champ muscles from brussels.

anyways, I sort of took out most of the radios in montana for about a minute today. woops! It wasn't my fault I swear.

Its snowing in Montana. there were 4 inches on my rental car this morning. burrrr

Also I found out about half of the radio towers in this system are in bear counrty. so if one of em goes down somebody needs to get to it by snowmobile... and they need to take a gun... cause its bear country.

going out to the brewhouse tonight to get some wings and watch some baseball... in montana... man it feels good to be white. But actually that is a misconception... montana isn't just full of white people. heres how it breaks down:

Trip #6 The big sky state

Ahhh Montana. Out west, gold country.

I find myself in the capital of Montana, Helena. Now thats Hell-en-a, not Hell-e-na.
Tiny little airport, 30,000 people, and some very nice art in the bathrooms.



The fairfield inn here has a very lime green feel to everything...

So have'nt seen much yet. ohhh fun fact though. A floow below where i am working is where Ted Kazinski was held. Yep, working in the unibombers former confines. kinda weird.

eyeliner and airliners

so I fly back tomorrow, skizoooo! that probably means a long nite tonight. that also probably means more posts today.

speaking of eyeliner anyone watch daisey of love this week? it was real good. she reminds me of those zombielike people in escape from new york that are addicted to plastic surgery and try to cut off kurt russel's face. boy that was a mistake.

the outside of my window is scratched to shit which is kind of weird, i've never noticed that on a flight before. it worries me a little.

so... another week of southern cooking and southern politics. if I have too much of either I think I'll be sick. although fried okra and collar greens does sound awful delicious right now.

ORD to CAE

so my flight was delayed an hour and a half. I was relegated to the basement of ohare and had to walk to my plane which I always find kind of fun. except that means im flying in a tiny plane with almost no over head or leg room. Blasted!

im seated next to a russian guy. he is reading a book that looks like it was bought a few minutes ago from the airport bookstore. in front of us is a baby crying. he says "Now de veal questyon iz, do dey sell alkohol on dis flite?" I guess I could have struck up a conversation with him but I didn't feel like it. that baby is being surprisingly quiet... I wonder if the parents drugged him before the flight.

Insomniac

So I had to get up at 3am to work. I am very grumpy.

On the bright side I did get to talk to two hotel employees drinking wine on the job. They were real cordial.
